This contact information routes official Macomb County court-record questions to the office that holds the file. The Circuit Court Section keeps 16th Judicial Circuit files, while each district court and the Probate Court keeps its own records. This private reference resource cannot retrieve records, set a hearing, or resolve a case. Use the court named on the case notice when it differs from the countywide Circuit Court.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This is a private reference resource. It cannot retrieve a docket, change a court date, seal or amend a file, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Those tasks belong to the court or clerk with custody of the record.
